Used to charge for miscellaneous services and any repairs.

All other orders with any miscellaneous charges added will have the miscellaneous items removed and no additional items or services will be provided. A $1.00 processing fee may be charged for any returns of this item.

Although these amplifiers are typically problem free, almost any device can have the occasional problem. Please contact us at zampotechna@gmail.com to initiate a repair.
For warranty repairs, please have a receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Non-warranty repair rates start at $60 USD per hour for any simple repairs to the amplifier. More complex repairs will be billed at $100 USD per hour. Regardless of the work performed, there is a minimum charge of 0.5 hours at the $60 USD per hour rate. Parts and shipping are typically not included in the cost of non-warranty labor.
