Return Authorization and Refunds

Due to the nature of vacuum tube powered amplifiers, all sales are final unless a return authorization is obtained from Zampotech North America within 15 days of purchase. A return authorization may be obtained by contacting us at zampotechna@gmail.com

Returns must be returned, by the buyer, in new and unused condition to Zampotech North America in the original packaging. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer unless otherwise authorized by Zampotech North America. There may be UP TO a 33% restocking fee for an approved return. Additional fees may be charged if the item is not returned in new or unused condition or if accessories are missing or damaged. Shipping charges for the original order are not refunded.

Once the item has been received, it will be inspected within ten (10) business days and if authorized or approved after inspection, a refund will be issued within five (5) business days afterwards, unless otherwise communicated at the time the refund is authorized. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at zampotechna@gmail.com. Additionally, note that your bank, credit card, or financial institution may require additional time to release funds after we authorize and complete a refund.

Unauthorized returns will NOT be refunded and will NOT be sent back at Zampotech North America or Z-ampo.tech's expense. If the customer refuses to pay for the return shipping on an unauthorized return, a refund will NOT be granted for the product or for shipping expenses incurred.

Zampotech North America can only provide warranty, returns, and refunds for amplifiers, components, or services purchased directly from us. We cannot provide any refunds for amplifiers, components, or services purchased from Z-ampo.tech in Russia or any other parties.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additionally, while vacuum tubes are tested and paired before shipping, note that all vacuum tubes will inherently exhibit some degree of microphonics, even when new. Mild microphonics may result in very low levels of noise such as ringing when the tubes or amplifier are exposed to any external forces, movement, or vibration. This is NOT covered under any kind of warranty due to it being an inherent property of a vacuum tube. However, if you believe your tube is microphonic beyond what is normal, please feel free to contact us so the issue can be resolved.

Vacuum tubes damaged by the user are not covered under warranty. Please be careful when inserting vacuum tubes.
